I am a cognitive-behavioral therapist with over 10 years experience  in private practice. My treatment plans are informed by psychological science to deliver positive and lasting results. As a cognitive behavioral therapist, I explore with clients how their thoughts and behaviors either add to their well-being, or take away from it. 

I work with teens and adults who want to work on a wide range of issues, from stress and life balance to coping with transitions. I also specialize in state-of-the-art treatment for anxiety and depression. My treatment is informed by individualized feedback from self-report questionnaires that clients complete throughout our treatment. Research shows that feedback informed therapy leads to a shorter course of treatment and better outcomes for clients.
